Pulse Consult Strengthens Residential Portfolio with Growing Project Pipeline in London and South of England
LONDON-BASED construction consultancy Pulse Consult is supporting the delivery of a range of pivotal residential schemes in the London and the South of England with its project management and cost consultancy services, at a combined value of £300 million.
Pulse Consult have recently been appointed on two inner-city schemes in central London. The first project involves the delivery of a 24-storey student residential tower within a constrained and complex urban environment, providing 647 bedspaces. The second scheme is a 31-storey tower on a brownfield site that will provide 522 bedspaces.
Also included in the consultancy’s ongoing growth is the development of student housing in Bristol. Here, the scheme valued at £20 million, has recently completed the delivery of 184 student beds, along with commercial units to support local infrastructure. Pulse Consult’s cost consultancy and work as employer’s agent was vital to the project programme and overall completed delivery.
Across the UK’s capital, where adequate housing supply is a growing pressure point, Pulse Consult has provided project management services for a co-living and affordable housing development valued at £60 million, which is also set to utilise vacant brownfield land. Pending planning approval, the development will create 324 unit’s total.

Pulse Consult’s project management team is also navigating the complexities of student accommodation delivery. This includes a purpose-built student development with 291 beds which is currently in the planning stage, valued at £40 million.
The team are also playing a key role in the evolution of a listed Neo-Georgian building to essential student accommodation; initial phase is valued at £5 million. Following the upcoming completion of its first phase, ready for the 2026 summer intake, and subsequent delivery of its second phase, the scheme will deliver 113 beds.
