A new specialist recruitment firm dedicated to supplying skilled professionals across the UK construction sector has launched.

MacMoran Recruitment has been founded by experienced recruitment professional Josh Moran, who has spent the last decade working with construction and construction-adjacent organisations to support their staffing needs and growth ambitions. He is backed by Johnathan McKenna, entrepreneur and owner of Macbrook Gas, a leading provider in energy efficient heating solutions, and who has also helped grow several businesses across various sectors.

The firm, which will focus on the North West initially with plans to cover the entire UK in the coming months, aims to respond to the growing demand for reliable, qualified workers in an industry facing persistent labour shortages.

MacMoran Recruitment will focus on all levels of roles within the construction trade, from qualified tradespeople to work ‘on the tools’ as well as senior management roles to oversee projects. Its offering includes rapid temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and specialist matching services tailored to individual business needs. Every candidate is pre-vetted, qualified, and reference-checked, with a focus on ensuring each placement adds real value.
