Britcon completes 13 unit industrial scheme at Markham Vale
Building and civil engineering company Britcon has completed the construction of 13 modern new SME units at Markham Vale in Derbyshire.
Britcon were appointed to build to scheme by development partnership Priority Space and Hunt Group which acquired the 1.6-acre site last year and subsequently secured planning consent to deliver 25,000 sq ft of accommodation from Derbyshire County Council.
The scheme sits within the Markham Vale flagship regeneration zone which is a 200-acre business and distribution park at Junction 29A of the M1 motorway.
The industrial units range in size from 1,200 to 3,050 sq ft and are designed to support small to medium sized businesses looking to expand or start up and are available to purchase.
