Gleeson Homes invests in its North East land pipeline with strategic hire

Gleeson Homes, the affordable high-quality housebuilder, is delighted to welcome Nicole Heslop as Land Manager for its Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region.
With a wealth of expertise in delivering S106 and grant-funded Affordable Housing and managing joint ventures, Nicole will be responsible for developing new relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow the land pipeline in the North East.
Nicole began her career in the housebuilding industry on Home Group’s graduate programme, where she started as Graduate Development Manager. Upon graduating, Nicole quickly progressed to Assistant Development and Delivery Manager before being promoted to Development and Delivery Manager in September 2023.
At Home Group, Nicole secured various S106 and grant-funded acquisitions to support the Homes England Strategic Partnership pipeline, including helping deliver the Group’s largest open market sale development in the North East.
Nicole’s background, especially in partnership initiatives, aligns with Gleeson’s Partnerships model and Nicole will play a pivotal role in helping to source and obtain new relationships and joint ventures within the region.
