ITC scoops prestigious construction award at SECBE Awards
ITC, specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor, has been announced as Constructing Excellence SME of the Year 2018, revealed at last night’s awards ceremony. This prestigious achievement comes after last month’s brand refresh, which saw 25 year-old ITC unveil a brand new look to reflect their significant presence in the industry.
The Chartered Institute of Building sponsored and judged the SME of the Year award, with Helen Patel, CIOB’s Employer Engagement Manager, commenting:
“In this category we look for smaller companies who have taken significant and considered steps to improve their company through strong leadership. ITC is a rounded SME that succeeds through very ‘human’ values. The efforts of all are reflected in the financial strength of the business and continued support from great colleagues and clients.”
ITC is one of the South East’s leading main contractors in fit-out and refurbishment and works across a range of sectors with a wide variety of clients. They have delivered specialist projects from UCLH medical intensive care units to the Leake Street Arches.
Last night’s win is further industry recognition for ITC and their vision to be a business delivering truly great projects with a positive, dynamic and enthusiastic team. Last year, the company won Best Business for Employee Training & Development at the Croydon Business Excellence Awards, demonstrating their success is built upon its people; ensuring continued growth for both the company and people within it.
Managing Director Nick Conway commented:
“We are delighted to have been awarded SME of the Year 2018 and this achievement is testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at ITC. It’s wonderful to have our commitment to raising industry standards and exceeding client expectations recognised by such a high-profile organisation.
With last month’s brand refresh, it’s a truly exciting time for ITC.”
