The first homes at a new housing development in Fenham have now been released for sale off plan, as part of Bellway’s first-ever Artisan Collection development in Newcastle.

The city-based housebuilder is bringing 39 four and five-bedroom detached family homes to The Grange, on a former vacant school site off Grange Road. Bellway’s Artisan Collection is a brand-new range of house types, which have been named after traditional craft vocations.

The first homes available to reserve at The Grange are being sold from Bellway’s nearby Ottermead at Jameson Manor development in Ponteland, which can currently be visited on a strict appointment-only basis. The Grange is set to have its own on-site sales presence from late August.

There’s a choice of four and five-bedroom properties currently on sale with prices starting from £349,995. The first homes are due to be completed early next year.
