Construction work on the final homes at a new housing development in the village of Fair Oak is now complete.

Bellway has provided 34 homes at Pasture Walk, off Knowle Lane, and there is now just one new-build house available to buy at the development.

Pasture Walk is a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, and the final home remaining for sale is the four-bedroom detached Mulberry, which is ready to move into and is priced at £489,995.

The buyer of the final Mulberry home at Pasture Walk can save the £14,500 cost of stamp duty if their purchase is completed by 31 March 2021, when the stamp duty holiday ends.

The Mulberry is a four-bedroom, double-fronted detached house with an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, a large living room and a separate study, with an en suite master bedroom and a private garden.

Construction at Pasture Walk started in early 2019 and the development was launched in autumn last year.

Bellway’s five-star rating from the HBF was awarded after more than nine out of ten customers said they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.
