AI is playing an increasingly important role in the future of enterprise software, with AI-enabled solutions forecast to account for 62% of cloud ERP spending by 2027, up from just 14% in 2024.

Against this backdrop, ERP HEADtoHEAD™ Dublin will bring together ERP experts, software vendors and prospective buyers to explore how AI is reshaping the ERP landscape and what organisations should consider when evaluating new systems.

Taking place on 13-14 October at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, ERP HEADtoHEAD™ Dublin will feature side-by-side demonstrations of 13 leading ERP solutions, alongside expert presentations, customer case studies and networking opportunities for organisations embarking on ERP selection projects.

A key highlight of this year’s event will be the final session on Day One, an interactive panel discussion: How AI is transforming the ERP industry?

Moderated by Ian O’Toole, Managing Partner at Lumenia Consulting, the panel will feature ERP industry experts including Andrew Birch, Binary; Amar Dhadli, Infor; Brian Doherty, OSSM and Macdara Ó Ciardha, IFS.

The discussion will examine how AI is changing ERP capabilities, implementation strategies and software selection criteria, while exploring the opportunities and challenges organisations face as AI becomes increasingly embedded within modern ERP platforms.

Ian O’Toole said, “AI has become one of the most significant developments shaping the ERP market. Organisations evaluating ERP solutions are increasingly looking to understand how AI can support decision-making, improve efficiency and deliver measurable business value. The panel will provide attendees with an opportunity to hear directly from the experts at the forefront of these developments and gain practical insight into what AI means for the future of ERP.”
