A multi-award winning building firm has marked the New Year by moving its headquarters into Nuneaton town centre.

Springbourne Homes, which has gained repeated national recognition for its luxury developments, has relocated to a newly renovated, custom designed office in Coton Road.

Springbourne chairman Adrian Burr, of Lutterworth Road, is hoping the switch will prove to a be a big positive for the business and for his home town.

Adrian said: “I was born in Nuneaton and I live in Nuneaton so I’m hoping that we can make a real contribution to the town now that the business is based here too.

“There is a lot of redevelopment and reconstruction going on in and around the town centre right now and we are keen to contribute to that transformation.

“We already have some exciting ideas and plans for at least one major project in Nuneaton and I’m looking forward to discussing them with the borough council in the coming weeks.

“Springbourne will be delighted to work with them and use our experience and expertise to deliver even more renewal in the centre of our town.”

The Springbourne team is hoping for similar success on completion of their latest luxury homes, six large detached houses and two three bedroom bungalows, which are currently under construction at their site at The Dell in Burbage, Leicestershire.
