Sisk and Quintain delivers Luna, adding a further 282 BtR homes at Wembley Park

John Sisk & Son (Sisk) and Quintain, the developer behind Wembley Park, has announced the completion and delivery of its newest Build-to-Rent building – Luna.
Sisk has delivered Luna, with key suppliers to the scheme including architects Haworth Tompkins, Campbell Reith Structural Engineers, Foreman Roberts MEP Consultants, Jensen Hughes Fire Consultants, Gross Max and BHSLA Landscape Designers, Stace Project Managers, TSA Riley Cost Managers and Carney Sweeney Planning Consultants.
Located in the heart of Wembley Park, revealed recently as one of The Sunday Times’ ‘Best Places to Live 2025’, Luna looks over the newly extended seven-acre, Union Park. The development adds 282 apartments to Quintain’s portfolio of over 3,900 Build-to-Rent homes designed and built at Wembley Park to date.
Under the management of its award-winning Build-to-Rent operating platform, Quintain Living, Luna marks the start of Quintain’s next phase of Build-to-Rent delivery in Wembley Park. The completion of sister-building, Solar, to follow later in 2025, will add a further 383 Build-to-Rent homes, taking the total Quintain portfolio of delivered homes of all tenures at Wembley Park to almost 6,000.
As with all of Quintain’s Build-to-Rent schemes, Luna features a unique design concept, inspired by London at sunset. Spread across two buildings, with nine and 21 storeys, the apartments are sleek and sultry, with cool tones and geometric patterns creating an elegant, refined aesthetic. The pet-friendly apartments range from studios to three-bedroom homes, with a variety of layouts designed to suit differing renters’ needs. The homes are available furnished or unfurnished.
Luna’s outdoor amenities, designed to elevate the rental experience, include an 8,148 sq ft landscaped podium garden, with seating and dining areas, and children’s play areas, and a 21st-floor roof terrace with dedicated seating and dining areas and outstanding views across Union Park. Internally, Luna hosts a fully equipped gym, work from home areas and a 2,723 sq ft resident lounge complete with workstation bar, seating areas and coffee on tap. The building is also home to a hidden, hireable “secret” room – known as the “Black Hole” – where residents can use the kitchen, bespoke marble dining table (which doubles as a table tennis table) and seating.
James Saunders, CEO of Quintain, comments: “Luna realises our commitment to delivering hundreds of high quality, new homes to rent for London and demonstrates the continued momentum at Wembley Park. We look forward to welcoming the first new residents to Luna and building on Wembley Park’s reputation as one the UK’s best places to live 2025!”
Ger Hayes, MD, Sisk said: “Delivering Luna is another major achievement for Sisk as we mark over 20 years in partnership with Quintain at Wembley Park. Luna has achieved the lowest recorded embodied carbon results to date across any of our other Wembley Park projects. It has also been delivered against the backdrop of some outstanding innovations on-site maximising MMC, transforming the reporting process for off-site manufacturing management and monitoring. The team have also pushed the boundaries for future projects with our on-site low carbon concrete demonstrator. A big thank you to all our site team, design team and supply chain partners.”
