Civils and drainage supplier Scott Parnell has appointed Steve Holroyd to the new role of Northern Regional Director at the company.

Steve, who has a wealth of experience working for competitor businesses, will be responsible for generating and securing business in the region, and developing sales strategy.

Commenting on his new role, Steve said:
