Industry-leading, care home construction specialist, Savista Developments have won the Property Developers title at the 2021 Social Care Awards Premier Supplier.

The unique awards held last night, recognise excellence in suppliers of products and service to the care sector, showcasing innovation, customer service and demonstrating outstanding client outcomes.

Finalists were all key influencers from suppliers to social care who excel in quality products and services, that make a real difference to the end user.

The prestigious win for Savista Developments, follows their success at this year’s National Building and Construction Awards where they were awarded Contractor of the Year and Project of the Year for their first project, Henley Manor Care Home.

They have since been shortlisted at the same ceremony, for their second project, Hutton View Care Home in Essex.
