NEC highlights its key products and services for 2024

NEC is excited to highlight its array of products and services for both existing NEC users and newcomers to NEC Contracts.

Since its inception in 1993, NEC’s mission has been ‘to provide clarity, flexibility and stimulate good management’. The NEC contracts enable projects to be delivered on time and budget, and to the highest quality. Uniquely, one of the foundational clauses of every NEC4 contract states the parties are to act, ‘in a spirit of mutual trust and co-operation.’ This obligation ensures a collaborative approach to achieving a successful delivery of project.

This will not only help advance your career but also ensure effective implementation of NEC contracts.
