This year’s finalists highlight the skills, innovation, and dedication driving the construction sector, with talented professionals from every corner of the UK.

The On The Tools Awards shine a spotlight on the most talented individuals who are making waves in the construction landscape. From apprentices just starting in their careers to highly skilled tradespeople who have spent decades perfecting their craft, this year’s awards recognise those pushing boundaries and raising standards in every trade.

The winner of the Tradesperson of the Year award will be chosen from the pool of category winners. The finalists have now entered the final stage of the competition, with the winners set to be revealed on 21st November 2024 at a prestigious event at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole. The winners will be chosen by a prestigious panel of judges from across the industry, and their scores will be based on their expertise, quality of work, and commitment to their trades.
