Makita’s new brushless GP001G 40VMax XGT® Grease Gun is a practical and precise tool suitable for use on heavy machinery, agricultural equipment and larger machines. Delivering a stable, high-speed discharge, it is equipped with a fixed quantity discharge function, making it easy to apply just the necessary amount of grease. With a flexible hose length of 1,200mm, cordless and with a comfortable shoulder strap, the ergonomic tool offers ease of operation even in tight space. 

With a maximum flow rate of 350 mL/min, a maximum operating pressure of 69 MPa and an air lock detection function, the performance of the GP001G is optimised. Compared to its predecessors, Makita has redesigned the tool’s lower housing, which now features a wider opening to simplify changes to the bellows cartridge, aiding productivity. Users also benefit from a handy twin LED job light.

Through its ergonomic and high-quality design, the GP001G 40Max XGT® Grease Gun can increase work efficiency by as much as 175% at 40 MPa when compared to the existing 18V model.  The impressive discharge volume of the tool can be adjusted with a simple trigger pull, and continuous greasing is made even easier by locking the trigger, which also helps to prevent accidental operation. Bulk grease is directly loadable into the gun’s barrel making it quick and hassle-free.
