K&C Construction Wins Welsh Framework Award

St Asaph based K&C Construction has been awarded a place on the 4 year £1 billion Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) Framework for North and Mid Wales Residential Construction commencing April 2020.

Appointment to the Framework will mean that K&C will be asked to bid on construction projects for residential housing and accommodation and any associated developments like community buildings; hubs and sporting facilities, health and care centres, recreational facilities and libraries and any  commercial facilities such as car parks and retail units, covering all of the following County Councils:

Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Powys and Wrexham County Borough Council along with the Registered Social Landlords & Housing Associations also in these areas.
