A company with strong community roots is on-course for its best year in business.

The Jeff Way Group was formed in 1989 and offers electrical, construction and training services to its customers across the Southwest and Wales.

The group employs 220 members of staff and following a flurry of contract wins and successfully delivered projects, it is on course to end its latest financial year having posted a turnover of £22 million, which is up 18 per cent on the previous year of trading.

Not only is it the companies most financially successful year but Jeff Way Group have also seen a record number of new customer wins and employees joining the business, in the last twelve months.

Neil Way, who is Managing Director at Jeff Way Group, comments:

“I remember when the company was formed in 1989 and what is most satisfying about where we see ourselves today, is that we have stuck true to our founding principles of delivering the best service and value for our customers and also serving the communities we operate in with care and consideration.”

When it comes to being active in the community, Neil and the team are involved in various initiatives that support charities and good causes in the region.

In the last twelve months alone, Jeff Way have raised/ donated £20,000 to those that need it most.

In a sector where many businesses find it difficult to both recruit and retain staff, Jeff Way Group is something of an outlier and to celebrate the longevity of many of its team members they operate The 10 Year Club.

The club is designed for those that have spent ten years or more working in the business and celebrates their service with a world-class hamper, additional annual leave and exclusive perks and nights out.

In the next couple of months, the two latest inductees to the club will take the total number of staff who have worked at the company for ten years to 30.
