Housebuilder marks first anniversary of development in Havant
Bellway is celebrating the end of the first year of construction at its Brookvale development in Havant, where the first residents are now settling into their new homes.
The housebuilder is delivering 175 new homes at Brookvale, off Bartons Road, including 122 houses for private sale and 53 affordable homes, with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties. An on-site play area is also being built as part of the scheme.
Bellway’s sales advisors, Emily and Lucy, celebrated the milestone at Brookvale this November.
Kim Caldwell, Sales Director of Bellway Wessex, said: “Brookvale has done incredibly well over the past year and almost half of all the homes have already been sold.
“The new residents are settling in well and a lovely community is being forged at the development, which is appealing to a wide range of people, from first-time-buyers to families and professionals.
“It’s always an exciting time to celebrate a milestone anniversary at a development and we are now looking forward to welcoming the next residents to their new homes at Brookvale.”
There are two showhomes available to visit at the development – three-bedroom Beeson and Japonica house types – with viewings available by appointment only.
Kim said: “There are currently homes of each size available to buy at Brookvale but with high levels of interest, we’re not expecting them to be on the market for long.
“The showhomes are a fantastic representation of the houses we are building in Havant and reflect the type of lifestyle that buyers can enjoy.
“We’re also planning to open a four-bedroom Walnut view home to help visitors experience the spacious layout of typical properties at the development.”
