New partnership brings integrated, high-spec appliances to 59 homes, giving buyers a premium kitchen experience from day one

Smart home appliance brand, Haier, has announced a new partnership with Fernham Homes to equip a collection of 59 private three-and four-bedroom homes at Blean, near Canterbury, with a full suite of integrated appliances.

The collaboration will see every home with Haier’s latest kitchen appliances, providing buyers with a fully fitted, design-led kitchen environment from the moment they move in.

The homes will feature a comprehensive range of built-in Haier appliances, including the ID Series 2 electric ovens with hydrolytic cleaning (and air fryer functionality), ID Series 2 induction hobs, ID Titanium and 55 Series 6 ranges of built-in refrigerators, Washlens Plus integrated dishwashers (16 place settings) with innovative and cutting-edge systems, and I-Pro Series 3 washing machines which offer exceptional efficiency and smart convenience.

Selected homes will also include combi microwaves, warming drawers and heat pump tumble dryers. The result is a seamless, contemporary kitchen space that combines performance, efficiency and aesthetic appeal.

The partnership originated following a product demonstration at the Business Design Centre, where Fernham Homes identified Haier as the ideal partner based on the functionality, cost-effectiveness and modern design of its appliance range. Haier’s Design Activation Centre at the Business Design Centre in Islington showcases an extensive range of Haier appliances across cooking, refrigeration, laundry and small domestic kitchen appliances, offering partners a hands-on experience of the brand’s full portfolio.

Now open to the public, Fernham Homes’ four-bedroom show home at Blean features a fully integrated Haier kitchen, offering visitors the opportunity to experience its premium design and functionality firsthand.
