At London Build we actively seek out professional and talented women within the construction industry to represent the extraordinary skill sets and expertise the industry has to offer.

Not only do we search for and appoint recognised and award-winning women for London Build, we focus on showcasing the advantages of being a woman in construction and strive to have a strong female line-up in our content programme.

It’s important for us to tell the many amazing career stories within the industry and hear from inspiring women on what they have achieved and how they can motivate others to follow a similar path to success.

Our mission is to ensure that businesses within the construction industry, and the people leading them, have every opportunity to thrive.

The Annual Women in Construction Networking Event

London Build hosts the annual Women in Construction Networking Event each year which is attended by 1,200+ women working across all sectors within construction in the UK.

The session is free-to-attend for all and offers the chance for professional individuals operating in this market to network and feel inspired. Learn from a panel of established experts discussing the untapped opportunities for women working in construction, diversity and equality. Not to mention, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for anyone who donates a gold coin to the Pink Ribbon Foundation.

The event will be examining the issues of gender imbalance and inequality within the built environment.

We’re excited to announce that the opening panel discussion will take the main stage at London Build on the 28th November, before breaking away to the 2 hour networking session in the Built Environment Networking Hub.
