Construction work is progressing well at a new housing development in Evesham, where the first homes have now been released onto the market.

Bellway is building a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses for sale at the Merry Brook Park development off Pershore Road.

Merry Brook Park will eventually comprise 17 private homes from Bellway’s Artisan Collection, a new range of housetypes which combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction techniques.

This exclusive collection of homes is the second development to be built by Bellway in Evesham in recent years, following the success of the neighbouring Orchard Place site, where all of the homes are now sold.
