New images have been released showing the development speeding ahead on the historic Leeds City Centre building.

The landmark building, which first opened as a 2,400-seat cinema back in 1922, is being transformed to provide some 66,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across 7 floors in the heart of Leeds’ city centre. The office space will be housed behind the original façade and an elegant, new three-storey atrium will create a grand and new majestic entrance.

Designed by DLA Architecture, the Majestic will also feature terraces on the fourth and fifth floors overlooking City Square, alongside a domed circulatory space, re-creating the historic Palm Court.
