Work is now underway at Cameron Homes’ new Sandbrook development in Streethay, Lichfield.

The development of 30 homes, which is located just outside of the cathedral city, offers a mix of three and four-bedroom properties, as well as one five-bedroom home.

Sandbrook will consist of 19 private homes, seven social rental properties and four shared ownership homes.

Site works started during late August and are due to be completed in 2025. Boasting excellent transport links and situated close to the centre of Lichfield, the new homes will offer high-quality build standard, design and finishes.

The award-winning homebuilder, which is currently celebrating its 30^th anniversary, has announced a number of new developments across the Midlands region during the past few months, including sites in Bomere Heath, Hagley and Breedon.
