Construction nears completion at Medburn development
Work is nearly completed at a new housing development in the village of Medburn, where just 12 homes now remain for sale.
Bellway has created a new neighbourhood of 62 new homes within a peaceful rural setting at Medburn Manor, off Montpellier Drive, where there’s a final choice of four-bedroom detached houses available to reserve.
Priced between £457,995 and £499,995, the majority of these properties will now fall within the new temporary zero-rate stamp duty band, which was introduced in July for properties priced up to £500,000 – saving buyers up to £14,999 in the cost of moving.
Emma Chesterton, Head of Sales for Bellway North East, said: “We’re coming to the end of construction at Medburn Manor, with just a few properties now remaining for sale.
“Given the stamp duty holiday just recently announced by the Chancellor, this is a great opportunity for those looking for a spacious detached home to save a considerable amount of money on the cost of moving.
“The thoughtful designs of the new homes at Medburn Manor are suiting the changing needs of buyers well, with flexible living space downstairs to give people plenty of room to work from home, while three areas of public open space are provided within the development, ideal for families wanting to enjoy time outdoors over the summer.
“Buyers also appreciate the high quality of construction, which is reflected in the fact that our site manager Mark Sinclair has won a prestigious National House-Building Council Pride in the Job Quality Award for his work here.”
