Programme announced for Digital Construction North 2025

Digital Construction North 2024

The Digital Construction North 2025 seminar programme has just dropped – and it’s packed with 50+ CPD accredited sessions. Returning for its second year, the event is set to bring 1,000+ Northern AECO professionals together on 19 November 2025 at Manchester Central.

In one day, 75+ leading voices from across architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) will take the stage to share practical strategies with one shared goal: To help visitors tackle the challenges facing the built environment.

From AI to Digital Twins, Digital Construction North (DCN) offers a front-row seat to discover the new digital tools and ideas changing how we design, construct and manage our built world.

Discover the big developments driving real impact

The programme spans four specialist theatres, each offering a different perspective on how technology is shaping our industry.

The Information Management Stage dives into best practice around BIM, data, and the management of digital information across the asset lifecycle.

The Transformation Hub showcases the people and projects driving digital change. From new workflows and cultural change to the business strategies making transformation stick.

The Innovation Hub puts the spotlight on emerging ideas and experimental technologies. From digital twins to generative design and AI-powered tools transforming project delivery.

The Tech Stage is where technology meets practicality, with live demos and hands-on sessions exploring the latest software and tools.

Together, these stages create a unique programme of content designed specifically for professionals actively delivering projects in the North of the UK.
