Strategically located within the UK’s Golden Logistics Triangle, Rugby 106 will deliver a 106,196 sq. ft. high-specification unit suitable for logistics and industrial occupiers focusing on environmental performance, occupier flexibility, and strategic connectivity.
Glencar, a leading UK construction company specialising in the industrial and logistics sector, has been appointed by Franco-British real estate developer BARJANE to deliver a new high-specification facility, Rugby 106, at Central Park, Rugby.
BARJANE, known for its forward-thinking and sustainable approach to real estate, has an established presence across Europe. The Rugby 106 scheme is the latest example of its commitment to environmental leadership, occupier wellbeing, and community-integrated design.

- 87,000 sq ft of warehousing.
- Two floors of Cat A open-plan offices and high-quality employee welfare areas.
- Fully flexible operational mezzanine.
- 14m clear internal height.
- First-floor terrace and amenity spaces.
- Extensive car parking, service yards, and landscaped external areas.
- Adjacent parkland and nearby retail amenities.
Designed to exceed industry standards, Rugby 106 is targeting:
- BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification.
- EPC A+ energy rating.
- Installation of rooftop solar panels and air source heat pumps.
- Use of low carbon and recycled materials.
- Full alignment with BARJANE’s Green Building Charter, supporting long-term low-carbon commitments.
