Orbit Homes secures prestigious customer satisfaction awards

Orbit Homes, part of Orbit Group, has achieved two awards from In-house Research, the Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction for its exceptional Net Promoter Score, and the Gold Award for the ninth consecutive year after 97% of its customers recommended Orbit Homes to a friend.

The awards are based on feedback from over 560 Orbit Homes customers that was independently gathered by In-house Research, a leading specialist in measuring customer satisfaction in the new homes industry.

Customers surveyed in the last year praised Orbit Homes for the build quality and design of their new-build homes, and for the support, communication and care they received throughout the homebuying and moving-in journey.

The “2025 Outstanding Achievement Award” is reserved for housebuilders that achieve an industry leading Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 70.0 or above. Orbit Homes earned the award for the second year running after customer feedback resulted in a Net Promoter Score of 84.3.

Orbit Homes also maintained the “Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction” for the ninth consecutive year. The Gold Award is presented only to housebuilders who have been recommended to friends and family by 90% or more of their customers. 97.9% of Orbit Homes customers surveyed said they would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend.

Orbit Homes was also recently awarded the coveted 5* Housebuilder accolade by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in recognition of its customer satisfaction and property quality. The HBF Star Ratings are awarded every year following homeowner feedback gathered through the HBF’s independent National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. The 5* rating is the highest possible accolade awarded by the HBF and means over 90% of customers would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend.
