Croudace homes secures platinum 5% club membership

Croudace Homes has been awarded a Platinum accreditation by The 5% club in recognition of its commitment to providing ‘earn and learn’ positions – including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes – for 5% of its workforce.

The 5% Club offers an enhanced, prestigious level of membership awarded via an accredited benchmarking programme. This annual process awards Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships every Autumn, with over 229 members recognised in the 2024-2025 Employer Audit Process.

Platinum members of the 5% Club are employers who have successfully achieved a Gold Membership status for three consecutive years and have 10% or more employees in an ‘earning and learning’ position.

Adrian Watts, Chief Executive Officer of Croudace Homes, comments: “After successfully maintaining a gold standard with The 5% Club for the past three years, we are proud to now be a part of its platinum membership. This award is testament to our dedication and commitment to creating a diverse range of opportunities for young and emerging talent across the south east, which is especially important in attraction and retention.”

Sarah Bance, Group Human Resources Director at Croudace Homes, adds: “It is an excellent achievement to have been consistently recognised by The 5% Club in the employer audit process. The auditing process is not just about having the relevant percentage numbers in ‘earning and learning’ roles but also demonstrating that we are both socially responsible and committed to ED&I practices.”
